A Kid, A Cop, And A Cause.
Fourth Street Live! honored Muhammad Ali with the third annual "A Kid, A Cop, and A Cause" event on Sunday, June 1, 2019. With the help of dozens of first responders, over 100 local foster kids built and took home their very own bicycles and skateboards. -
MELANnaire Marketplace Juneteenth Celebration
What started as an experiment in May, is set to return on Saturday in time for Juneteenth. MELANnaire Marketplace had their inaugural event on May 15 which featured 50 pop-up Black-owned businesses on 4th Street Live. They had a huge turnout of residents and tourists in town for a convention. Organizer Nachand Trabue says the Juneteenth event is another true test.

Fourth Street Live! raises funds for National Medal of Honor Museum
Fourth Street Live! is helping raise money for the National Medal of Honor Museum.
The entertainment and retail complex in downtown Louisville is trying to raise a million dollars for the museum that broke ground in Arlington, Texas, on Friday.
The museum will offer an experience that draws on personal and emotional connections to Medal of Honor recipients and their stories. It hopes to shed light on the wars the recipients fought in.
