Whether you’re just beginning your whiskey journey or you’re a seasoned whiskey drinker looking for a taste of our recent releases, this highly interactive experience is perfect for you. You’ll learn a little more about Beam’s over 225-year history, what makes a bourbon a bourbon, and get a tasting of some of our favorite Beam whiskeys. Plus, as a reminder of your Stillhouse experience, you’ll receive a Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse shot glass to take home as a souvenir.

Sit down with one of our Jim Beam Ambassadors in a small group setting for an in-depth look at our collection of premium small batch whiskeys and bourbons. Get the inside story behind each spirit and engage in conversation as you enjoy Booker’s, Baker’s, Knob Creek, Basil Hayden, Urban Stillhouse Select, and other top-shelf bourbons from our portfolio.
TAKE A TABLESIDE COCKTAIL CLASS
Want to learn how to hand-craft your own cocktails? Our Stillhouse mixologists will show you what it takes to make a well-balanced cocktail. You’ll learn proper mixology techniques and how to use a wide variety of Beam products.

Stop by our back bar between the hours of 1:30pm and 8:30pm. Whether you have a taste for a neat pour, traditional cocktail, or a unique twist on a traditional cocktail, we have a drink for you.
BUILD YOUR OWN BOTTLE OF URBAN STILLHOUSE SELECT
Make memories as you make your own bottle of Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse Select Bourbon—only available here at the Urban Stillhouse. Our Ambassadors will help you fill out and apply your own label and rosette to your bottle before entering our bonded area to rinse, fill, cork, and seal it.
