Give For Good Louisville, a 24-hour online giving day hosted by Community Foundation of Louisville, is Louisville’s biggest day of local giving. Created to support the nonprofits doing great work in our community, Community Foundation of Louisville invites everyone to tap into their potential to be a force for good. When we come together with gifts big and small, we can change the world around us. That’s what Give For Good Louisville is all about.

All are welcome to attend the rally which will feature live entertainment, remarks from Mayor Greg Fischer, food trucks, and more than 200 participating nonprofits. This year, a record-breaking $5.4 million was donated to local charities and nonprofits, well surpassing last year’s $4.6 million in donations.

Volunteers gathered at Fourth Street Live! on Friday, December 21, forming an assembly line to fill the boxes with turkeys and other holiday meal essentials. The Boxes of Love were then delivered to local organizations and churches by first responders, veterans, and union members just in time for Christmas.
